Payment and delivery

We strive to provide a transparent and comfortable ordering process - from registration to receipt of the product. If you suddenly have any questions or difficulties, we will be happy to advise you in the messages on our page in Instagram.

Payment

When placing an order on the website, you can choose a convenient payment method:

Payment by bank card - Visa / Mastercard.
Apple Pay / Google Pay — fast payment for users of the corresponding systems.
Payment upon receipt (cash on delivery via Nova Poshta) is possible only in Ukraine. In this case, a prepayment of 200 UAH is made, which is included in the total amount of the order.

Please note: if the product is made to order, full prepayment is required.

Delivery across Ukraine

Delivery is carried out via the Nova Poshta service.
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after the order is transferred to the delivery service according to the carrier's terms.
You will receive the tracking number (TTN) on the day of shipment.
Delivery is paid at the carrier's rates or free as part of promotions (as indicated separately)

International delivery

We ship orders to most countries in the world.
To clarify the cost and terms of international delivery, write to us to direct / to email after placing an order.
All international shipments are issued with a track number.
Additional customs duties, if any, are payable by the customer in the recipient's country.

Order processing time

If the product is in stock, the order is processed within 1–2 business days.
If the product is made to order, the production time is up to 5 working days, depending on the model.
