Exchange and return

We understand that sometimes an item may not fit or suit you. You can request a return or exchange by following a few simple conditions.

Return conditions

You can return the product within 14 days of receipt.
The item must be in unworn condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
A return is possible if the product has not been used, has no damage or signs of wear (including the smell of perfume or cosmetics).

How to make a return

Fill out the return form that came with your order.
OR write to us on our Instagram page - we will coordinate the return details with you and provide a shipping address.
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will refund the funds to your card within 3–5 business days.

Exchange

If you want to exchange the product for a different size or model, write to us and we will help you choose a replacement.
Exchange is also possible within 14 days of receipt.

Exclusion

Returns and exchanges are not available for custom orders made to your specifications.
